Welcome to The Captain’s Log

Let’s Set Sail

Dear Explorers,

So here we are - Day 1.

I’m Joshua Sprigg, but you can call me Captain Sprigg. Why the captain? Because life’s a journey, and every journey needs a good captain (and maybe a sturdy ship).

This newsletter is my personal journal—a mix of thoughts, discoveries, challenges, and a sprinkle of adventure.

Think of The Captain’s Log as your Sunday coffee companion, delivering reflections on life, health, exploration, and everything in between.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Mind: How to harness the power of your thoughts.

  • Body: Hacks for feeling better, living longer, and maybe finally liking kale.

  • Challenge: Pushing boundaries—big or small.

  • Consciousness: Exploring the “big questions” without needing a philosophy degree.

  • Longevity: Insights on living a longer, healthier, and happier life.

  • Exploration: From hidden wonders to far-off lands—why curiosity always wins.

But here’s the deal: this isn’t just about me. It’s about us—curious minds, driven souls, and a shared passion for pushing the limits of what’s possible.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll share stories, ideas, and (hopefully) some laughs. We’ll explore everything from the mysteries of the universe to why getting 8 hours of sleep feels harder than rocket science.

Why am I doing this?

Because I believe there’s magic in the everyday, growth in the uncomfortable, and wisdom in sharing our journeys.

Also, because writing this beats scrolling through memes (most days).

What can you do?

Reply to this email. Seriously. Tell me something about you—what excites you, what you’re curious about, or even just what you had for breakfast. Let’s kick this off together.

So grab your metaphorical compass, because next Sunday, we officially set sail.

Until then, keep wondering, keep growing, and keep being the incredible human you are.

Yours in exploration,

Captain Sprigg

Consider this our first step.
